Wonderful dahlias, aren’t they exceptional? From miniature pompons to giant “dinner plate” sizes, all in-betweens are possible. Their color is also a variable rainbow of shades. Shaped like daisies, roses or like many annual flowers, thousands of varieties have now been developed.
Their blooming period is from summer to first frost. But one thing in common is the fact that they are all grown out of a tuber. As such they are treated as annuals since these tubers will not survive our winters. So tubers are dug out and stored during the cold season, ready to be used the following summer.
Since we have been touched by dahlias, we have now too many for ourselves. We have tubers of several varieties to offer to those who want to share our passion.
Please see what we have to offer.
